Christine Law manages the two Hospice Marlborough Charity Shops, overseeing daily operations, creating a relaxed, happy, and welcoming environment, and guiding volunteer staff to maximize donations received from our generous community.
Having spent several years enjoying and quintessential Kiwi O.E in her earlier years, her diverse professional background includes working in medicine using her Medical Administration Diploma, logistics & administration with Outward Bound, merchandising & clothing promotion, real estate sales, and roster coordination with Presbyterian Support Services, making her a versatile “Jack of All Trades” in running the hospice charity stores.
Christine is fuelled by her passion for fundraising and community generosity, enjoys working with our dedicated volunteers, and values her role in keeping Hospice Marlborough thriving. She is also an active member of the local Zonta Club, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and service.
Christine cherishes her daily interactions at the charity shops, where she’s surrounded by an incredible group of volunteers who generously dedicate their time and energy. She finds her role incredibly rewarding, contributing significantly to Hospice Marlborough’s fundraising efforts and sustaining its positive impact in the community.
