Lilian has had a long successful career as a Management Consultant in the UK working for BDO Binder Hamlyn and KPMG and in NZ as an independent consultant. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.
She joined Barclays Bank as an internal consultant and eventually moved to be Head of Strategic Planning for Corporate Bank over seven countries.
Prior to moving to NZ in 2005, she was IT and Business Process Director for ICI Paints on both the Trade and Retail Boards.
In her career, she has successfully designed and implemented complex strategic planning processes, business models and governance frameworks. She has introduced complete portfolio management systems, enabling end to end management from the initial strategy to an individual project level. She has successfully managed complex transformation and change programmes.
Lilian has an MBA in Change Management and is certified in the APMG-International Change Management ™. She is qualified in the full suite of project associated methodologies used in public and private sectors and is a Six Sigma Black Belt which is the leading process improvement methodology.
