Rebekah Hall

Volunteer & Community Outreach Coordinator

Rebekah joined the Hospice Marlborough team in August 2024. Originally from the UK, she moved to New Zealand in 2004, initially settling in rural areas around Auckland before relocating to Picton in 2016.

With nearly 30 years of experience as a Mental Health Nurse, Rebekah has worked in various community settings, including Adult and Older Persons Mental Health Teams, Child Abuse, and Elder Abuse teams. In Marlborough, Rebekah worked with the NZ Red Cross, providing support to communities and individuals affected by the Kaikoura Earthquake. She also served as the Age Concern Elder Abuse Coordinator based in Blenheim and has had the privilege of supporting and coordinating volunteers in several organisations.

Rebekah prides herself on offering a warm welcome and maintaining an approachable, consistent, and can-do attitude. Driven to make a difference in the Marlborough community as part of the Events & Engagement team, she loves connecting with people, especially over a cup of tea. Rebekah is excited about the opportunity to work with current and future Hospice Marlborough volunteers.
